Our online orders are processed through the PayPal cart system. We can accept payment from your PayPal account or we will accept credit cards through the PayPal payment gateway. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use your credit card on-line, we will also accept personal checks or money orders in U.S. funds. Please

Tips. Any phone orders we take must be paid for through PayPal unless you send us a check. We will be happy to issue you a PayPal invoice.

Shipping
We ship First Class US Mail within 2 business days of receiving
your order. Our orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class . Our
business hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. through 7 p.m. Central Time.
If you require shipping outside the U.S., please contact us to discuss the best option for your situation. It is probably easiest for you to email us with this information since we may on very different time schedules.
Shipping Rates
Shipping for our CD's is free.
We ship all CD's as First Class mail unless you request otherwise. If you have a special request, please email us and we will discuss whether or not an additional charge needs to be assessed.
Please Note:
For shipments outside of the US, the customer is responsible for all customs charges, customs handling charges and taxes.

Returns
Your satisfaction with our Fitting Tips! branded CDs is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied
with your purchase, just return it in its original condition with the original
packaging
within
30 days of purchase.
Click and Sew Patterns are not returnable. Defective
patterns will be replaced. This is the policy of the manufacturer Wild Ginger Software.
If you are unhappy with your newsletter subscription, let us know and we will
credit you for the remainder of your subscription.

Returning items

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (with the exception of Wild Ginger Products), just return to
the address below in saleable condition with the original packaging within
10 days of purchase. You are responsible for any return postage charges.

Credit card refunds
All credits will be handled through the PayPal system.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If
you purchased by check or money order, your refund will be issued by corporate
refund check in U.S. dollars. We are unable to refund any postage charges.
